Hi, I’m Ava Remi. I’m a yoga instructor and wellness enthusiast passionate about helping others find balance and inner peace. With over 500 hours of training in various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, I’ve had the privilege of guiding countless students on their journey to self-discovery and transformation.
I grew up surrounded by nature’s beauty and an abundance of outdoor activities in Los Angeles, California. As a child, I was drawn to the practice of yoga, which my parents introduced me to at a young age. The combination of physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation resonated deeply with me, fostering a sense of calm and clarity that I continue to cultivate in my life today.
After completing my 200-hour teacher training, I began teaching yoga at local studios and gyms, where I honed my skills and developed my unique style. My approach is centered around empowering students to listen to their bodies, honor their individuality, and connect with their inner selves. I believe that every student has a unique story and set of needs, and it’s my job as an instructor to provide a safe and supportive environment for them to grow.
